Refund Policy – The Basics
At Peter Shalom Driving School, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our driving lessons and services.
Refunds are considered for prepaid packages or individual lessons, under the following circumstances:
-
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
-
No-shows or missed lessons without notice will not be refunded.
-
If a lesson is canceled by our school due to weather, instructor availability, or other factors, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
What to Include in the Refund Policy
Our refund policy covers:
-
Timeframe required for canceling a lesson.
-
Conditions under which full or partial refunds may apply.
-
Non-refundable services or fees (e.g., administrative or booking fees).
-
Process for requesting a refund (email or phone).
